Case study 01 · Real Estate
Buyers described what they wanted in plain language; agents translated it into filters by hand. We replaced that first hour of work with a search and qualification layer that runs on every enquiry, at any time of day.

The challenge
Sales teams were manually responding to property enquiries, answering repetitive questions and qualifying leads.
Enquiries arrived through four channels and were worked in the order they were noticed, not the order they mattered. An agent read the message, guessed at a budget and a neighbourhood, ran the search themselves, and sent back three or four listings — roughly forty minutes of work for a lead that might not be serious.
Because that work only happened during office hours, the evening and weekend enquiries — the ones from buyers with day jobs — waited until morning. By then a portion of them had already booked a viewing somewhere else.

The outcome
Instead of manually processing every enquiry, the AI handles the first layer of discovery and qualification automatically.
Every enquiry now gets an answer with real listings attached inside half a minute, whatever the hour. The agent reads the requirement out of the message — budget, area, bedrooms, and the soft preferences buyers phrase as somewhere quiet, near a school — searches the live inventory and comes back with a shortlist and the reason each property matched.
Agents pick the conversation up at the point it becomes worth a person: a qualified buyer with a shortlist they have already reacted to. The repetitive first hour is gone, and the team spends its time on viewings and negotiation instead of on search.
